Who is that visa for?
This visa is designed for people who hold Subclass 485 or Subclass 500 visas and are either offshore or onshore, and want to join their partners/ family.
You can include members of the family unit in your visa when you want to, as long as the family members were declared in your initial application and/or born later at any stage.
Your family can also apply to join you in Australia as a subsequent entrant after we grant your visa.
