Consultation Booking – Terms and Conditions
1. Please ensure your availability before you book an appointment.
2. Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required from the time booked for change of booking time. If you
need the appointment to be changed, you must email as soon as possible but not later than 24
hours from the booking time. Only one change is allowed.
3. Booking is for one person only. If it is more than one person, multiple bookings must be made for
each individual.
4. Bookings fee is for 0-45 minutes consultation.
5. Please adhere to time to avoid loss of consultation time.
6. All consultations are non-refundable
7. Phone appointments must be paid prior to booking and you must send us an email with your preferred date and time and we can send you the payment options. Consultation time will not be confirmed unless the payment is cleared and hence you can risk losing your preferred appointment slot by choosing this method.
8. Saturday and Sunday appointments must be paid prior to booking (face to face and phone). (if booked)
9. If you cannot find an appointment that suits you, please send us a email with your preferred date and time and we will try to allocate one for you if possible. We also do after hour’s appointments
